PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a display device with the same are provided to safely guide a circuit board connected to an image display member without influences due to external power. CONSTITUTION: A frame includes an upper wall(201) and a side wall(202). A cover is located under the upper wall. The frame and the cover form a receiving space of a backlight assembly. At least one guide protrusion part(221) is placed on the frame. The guide protrusion part includes a guide groove(220). The guide groove guides a circuit board connected to an image display member.
