PURPOSE: A pile with improved skin friction and a construction method thereof are provided to increase skin friction between the outer surface of a pile and the ground and enable easy driving of the pile. CONSTITUTION: A pile(100) with improved skin friction comprises a body(110), a skin friction improving unit, and a push member(130). The body has a hollow pipe shape. The skin friction improving unit is formed on the body. The skin friction improving unit improves friction between the outer surface of the body and the ground. The push member is inserted into the body and is separable in the body. The push member pushes the skin friction improving unit to a direction of crossing the driving direction of the body.
