PURPOSE: A device for measuring the elasticity of an elastic clip for fixing rail is provided to prevent serious accident due to damage to a clip or a sleeper by decrease in the elasticity of an elastic clip. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the elasticity of an elastic clip for fixing rail comprises a first body(10), a second body(30), a hinge(20), a spring, and a spring fixing bolt. The first body is formed in a square pipe shape. A clip hanger(11) is arranged on one end of the first body, and the other end of the first bois is closed. The second body is formed in a square pipe shape. A knob(31) is arranged on one end of the second body, and a through hole is formed on the other end of the second body. The hinge is installed between the first body and the second body. The spring is inserted between the end of the second body and the head of a fixing bolt.
