PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal which is a hybrid terminal and makes an idle handoff hard to occur when the idle handoff frequently occurs. SOLUTION: If the idle handoff occurs during communication by one system of the hybrid terminal 1, a main control part 10 measures the frequency (n) of the idle handoff per unit time right before the idle handoff occurs and increases judgment values of two communication systems when the measured frequency (n) is larger than a set threshold N and the two communication systems are both in a communicable area. When the measured frequency (n) is smaller than the set threshold N or when one of the two communication system is not in the communicable area, the main control part 10 sets each of the judgment values of the two communication systems to an initial value.
