摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented mushroom liquid, and the fermented mushroom liquid are provided to use seven fermentation microorganisms for fermenting mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented mushroom liquid comprises the following steps: crushing phellinus linteus and inonotus obliquus into the size of rice grains, and steaming the two mushroom with pleurotus ostreatus for 30-50 minutes before cooling at 28-32 deg C; injecting Bacillus subtilis, aspergillus oryzae, and Aspergillus kawachii into the cooled mushrooms, and fermenting the mixture at 28-32 deg C for 1-3 days; crushing the fermented mushrooms, and adding 1.6-2.4kg of water; injecting lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium, bifidobacterium lactis, and saccharomyces cerevisiae into the mushroom with the water; and fermenting the mixture at 28-32 deg C until the pH of the mixture is 3-4.
