PURPOSE: A data recovering system of a mobile communication terminal is provided to selectively recovering data from a lost mobile communication terminal using a recovering category and time stamp. CONSTITUTION: A collection request signal processor(31) extracts collection category information and time stamp information by the recovering request of a personal computer. Recovering relay means(34,35) processes a coupling signal with a collection relay signal. If data of the recovering category is extracted from a mobile communication terminal and the extracted data is encrypted into a random key, the recovering relay means restore the encrypted extraction data as the random key.
