PURPOSE: A driving system and a vehicle with the same are provided to prevent successively operating an electrical machine and a driving axis in a same time and generating a drag torque by connecting the electrical machine and the driving axis to be shift. CONSTITUTION: A driving system(1) comprises an electrical machine(16) which partially covers a driving axis(2) of a vehicle and drives the driving axis. The electrical machine is connected to and separated from the driving axis to be shift.
