PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents providing method, the program of the contents providing method, a recording medium recording the program of the contents providing method, and a contents providing device with which, in the case where users perform the viewing and the listening of contents by the video signal of one system with a plurality of monitoring devices by being applied to the viewing and the listening of a program by, for example, a television broadcasting, a sound field adaptive to such a form of the viewing and the listening of the program can be provided by effectively utilizing speakers provided in such monitoring devices. SOLUTION: In this invention, contents by the video signal S1 of one system are displayed on the plurality of monitoring devices 2A, 2B and sound signals S2 concerning the contents are classified and outputted from these monitoring devices 2A, 2B.
