<p>PURPOSE: An electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell using metal nano particles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an electronic transfer property by properly maintaining a distance between metal nano particles and dye. CONSTITUTION: TiO2 is adsorbed on the surface of metal nano particles. The TiO2 is grown to surround the surfaces of the metal nano particles. The TiO2 is absorbed with amine radical and the surface thereof is improved. The surface of a CdSe quantum dot is changed into a hydrophilic surface. The CdSe quantum dot is absorbed on the improved surface of the TiO2.</p> |
