PURPOSE: A shutter apparatus and image capture device including the same is provided to minimize the deformation amount of shutter films. CONSTITUTION: A shutter apparatus comprises shutter film assemblies(130,140) and an actuator. The shutter film assembly comprises shutter films(131,132,141,142) and a driving link. The shutter film opens and closes a shutter opening. The driving link drives the shutter film. The actuator rotates the driving link. The rotation center of the actuator is made eccentric from the rotation center of the driving link.
