PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a euro-form stiffener is provided to efficiently process a euro-form by easily and precisely cutting the inner frame of a euro-form. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing a euro-form stiffener comprises a base part, a driving part, a moving block(30), a punch part(40), a guide block(50), and a die block(60). The base part comprises a base plate(11) and a support skeleton(12) supporting the base plate. The driving part is installed in the base part. The moving block is moved back and forth on the base plate by the driving part. The punch part is fixed to the moving block and moved back and forth to punch a stiffener(S) of a euro-form. The guide block is fixed to one side of the moving block on the base plate and has a guide hole for guiding the punch part. The die block, which has a die hole corresponding to the leading end of the punch part and a support protrusion(61) for supporting the stiffener, is fixed to one side of the guide block at an interval on the base plate and assists the punch part to punch the stiffener.
