PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame which can mass-produce with high density in space-saving, a small surface-mounted piezoelectric vibrator whose reliability is high and quality is stable, and to provide a manufacturing method of the surface-mounted piezoelectric vibrator that uses the lead frame. SOLUTION: The lead frame 20 comprises: a pair of side frames 22 having positioning holes; a section bar 23 for bridging between the side frames; a plurality of first lead parts 24 arranged in a frame area 26 divided by the side frame 22 and the section bar 23 at a prescribed interval and extending from the section bar 23; and a plurality of second lead parts 25 arranged in the frame area 26 at the interval equal to the prescribed interval, disposed opposite the first lead parts 24, and extending from the section bar 23. The arrangement direction of each of the first and second lead parts 24 and 25 of the lead frame 20 is in the width direction of the lead frame 20, and the facing direction is in the longitudinal direction of the lead frame 20.
