PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a fresh lubrication oil to a reduction mechanism or bearings or the like by efficiently circulating the lubrication oil in an oil reservoir, and improve durability and operating life. SOLUTION: An axle housing 12 provided at a rear wheel 7 side of a vehicle is composed of a motor housing cylinder 14 and a cylindrical spindle 15 detachably provided at the outside in the axial direction of the motor housing cylinder 14. A retainer 61 of a seal device 60 which seals the lubrication oil 100 in an annular space C between the retainer and a wheel mounting cylinder 19 is provided at the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical spindle 15. The retainer 61 is provided with a discharge pipe 69 connected to the position of the lower side than the cylindrical spindle 15. The lubrication oil 100 in the oil reservoir 43 is sucked from the annular space C between the wheel mounting cylinder 19 and the cylindrical spindle 15 through the discharge pipe 69 to discharge in the arrowhead direction D.
