PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to arrange a second part corresponding to a peripheral part of a lens into a concave lens shape which as negative curvature, thereby reducing chromatic aberrations due to refractive index differences. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) comprises a cavity(20) with an opened upper part. A first electrode(41) and a second electrode(42) which are electrically connected to a light emitting device(50) are arranged in the body. The light emitting device is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode by a wire bonding process through a wire(52). A molding member(60) comprises a fluorescent material which emits light in a different wavelength range by absorbing light emitted from the light emitting device. A lens(70) for improving light extraction efficiency is located on the molding member. |
