PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an array substrate for an organic electroluminescence display apparatus is provided to calculate an alignment offset value by directly measuring a shadow mask, thereby calculating a precise alignment offset value by excluding errors. CONSTITUTION: A shadow mask(210) comprises a central display part(DA) and a neighboring non-display part(NDA). The non-display part is comprised of a plurality of alignment marks(212) and cut-off regions(216). The display part is comprised of a plurality of opening regions(214) and a cut-off region surrounding the plurality of opening regions. The cut-off region of the non-display part and the cut-off region of the display unit are formed by being connected to each other. An alignment mark of the non-display part is used for aligning the shadow mask and a substrate. |
