PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to offer a neat exterior design by hiding a combined line when the battery pack is installed to external electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(10) comprises; at least one or more battery cell; a circuit module which is electrically connected to the battery cell; a first case(300) covering one side of the battery cell; a second case(400) which covers the other side of the battery cell and one side of the circuit module, and unites with the first case; and ' a third case(500) which covers the other side of the circuit module and unites with the first and second case. A combined line of the first and second line locates under or higher part than the third case.
