PURPOSE: A fermentation medium and a preparing method thereof are provided to utilize fermentation products of Oriental medicinal materials containing natural heat by fermentation and pharmacological activity components. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation medium comprises rice bran, Angelicae gigantis radix powder, Cnidium officinale powder, gastrodia elata blume powder, mugwort powder, charcoal powder, fermented soybean powder, and mulberry leaf power. The fermentation medium contains fermentation agent diluted water.
