The tube has a transmission axis for transmitting a movement of a crank (16) to a gong. The axis has an end with a serration in contact with a corresponding toothed axle (1) and has another end with a square shaped housing in which an end of an axle (9) of the same section is situated. The end of the axle (9) is extended by a removable axle (23) for receiving the crank. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for opening and closing a shutter (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device permits the opening and closing of the shutter from inside without opening a window. The device can equip a new shutter and replace the existing gong as the gong is identical to the gong found in the market, thus avoiding the overload visible from the exterior which can disfigure the frontage. The threaded round tube crosses the wall with the inner and outer threadings, and the gong has the piece screwed on the inner threading by the threading on the gong, thus facilitating the mounting and dismounting of the device without damages.
