PURPOSE: A deposition source for an OLED is provided to deposit a material in a desired area of a substrate by regulating the angle of ejecting the material from linear deposition sources to the substrate using angle control plates. CONSTITUTION: A deposition source for an OLED comprises first and second linear deposition sources(12a,12b) and first and second angle control plates(14a,14b). The first and second linear deposition sources accommodate a doped layer formation material inside. The first and second linear deposition sources have respective openings(13) having specific ejecting directions. The first and second angle control plates are located between the first and second linear deposition sources or across the center of the first and second linear deposition sources and control the angle of the doped layer formation material ejected from the openings of the first and second linear deposition sources. |
