A CELLULAR PHONE WITH FUNCTION OF PREVENTING CALL IN DRUNKEN-STATE AND A METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for automatically turning a call function off when a driver drinks alcohol and a service method therefor are provided to turn a call function off when the measured alcohol degree of a user is higher than a fixed degree. CONSTITUTION: An alcohol concentration sensor(10) is placed in a mobile communication terminal(1). The alcohol concentration sensor numerically measures the alcohol concentration in blood of a user. A call function off unit(11) turns a call function of the mobile communication terminal off by a cut signal. A controller(12) compares the measured alcohol concentration with a reference value. When the measured alcohol concentration is higher than the reference value, the controller transmits a cut signal to the call function off unit.
