PURPOSE: A washing detergent of paper type is provided not to generate crack when bending, to have excellent touch feeling, and to be easily dissolved into water, by forming foams in thin film soap. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a washing detergent of paper type comprise: a step of preparing slurry mixture by adding fatty acid metal salts into water-soluble fibers or water-soluble synthetic resins; a step of manufacturing initial composition by putting air into the slurry and mixing; a step of forming moldings by injection-molding the initial composition to the thin film; and a step of drying the moldings through hot air, and surface treating the same by cosmetic oil.
