PURPOSE: A program developer matching system of network-based advertiser and matching method are provided to easily match advertiser and programmer by sharing information of the advertiser and the programmer. CONSTITUTION: Many and unspecified communications lines are connected to network. A DB(database)(300) is connected to network and registers advertisement information of advertisers(200) and development of programmers(100). The database uploads programs of the programmers. A DB management system(400) transmits the advertisement information to the programmers. A fame management system transmits the information of development to the advertisers. |
