Positioning System, Service Server and Mobile using short distanca communication and Providing/Inquiring Method using the same

PURPOSE: A location and state information providing/searching system using local area communication, a service server, a mobile terminal, and a location and state information providing/searching method are provided to prevent unnecessary communication procedures for a terminal or a local area communication module which are not used. CONSTITUTION: A service server(200) stores identification information of a subscriber terminal and identification information of at least one local area communication module of the subscriber terminal. If the subscriber terminal is connected, the service server records log information including connection time and location information. The service server searches a subscriber terminal corresponding to a identification information of a local area communication module of another terminal from the mobile terminal. A location measuring server(210) measures a location about the subscriber terminal searched by the service server.
