PURPOSE: A set-top box system is provided to embody the remote control system of a set-top box by installing the set-top box on the back side of a television. CONSTITUTION: A set-top box(110) is installed on the backside of a television. A holding unit(120) is installed at the set-top box. The holding unit is held at a mounting unit(130). The mounting unit is arranged on the backside of the television. The holding unit fixes the set-top box. An interval maintenance protrusion(112) maintains an interval between the television and a wall.
