Calking assembly for recycling and tunnel reinforcement method using it

PURPOSE: A recyclable caulking assembly and a tunnel reinforcing method using the same are provided to prevent an uneven cut surface of a calking pipe by easily and accurately cutting the calking pipe without gas cutting. CONSTITUTION: A recyclable caulking assembly(1) comprises a metal calking pipe(2), a pair of rubber plates(3a,3b), a caulking tube(5), and an expansive additive injection hose(6). The metal calking pipe is inserted or coupled to the back end of a steel pipe. The rubber plates are formed in a disk shape and inserted into the calking pipe. The calking tube is connected to the rubber plates and forms an expansion chamber(5a) inside thereof. The expansive injection hose is connected to the rear one of the rubber plates in order to inject an expansive to the calking tube.
