Image processing apparatus

PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus is provided to simply use an algorithm for the coefficient of an object which is moved from a photographed image. CONSTITUTION: A motion detection unit(400) detects movement from an image. An object detection unit(401) detects an object from a detection result. An outline generation unit(402) generates at lease one reference outline. The size of the reference outline is controlled by a preset parameter. A calculation unit(403) calculates the number of objects.
