PURPOSE: A car mat fixing structure for a vehicle is provide to minimize the change of a frame structure inside the vehicle when installing a car mat, and to prevent the separation of the car mat from a car mat hook member. CONSTITUTION: A car mat fixing structure for a vehicle includes a flower panel(F), a cross member(C), a bracket(10), a floor carpet(40), and a car mat hook member(50). The cross member is installed on the floor panel to the horizontal direction to be integrated with the floor panel, and includes a combining hole. The bracket includes a combining hook to be fitted to the combining hole on the rear side, and an assembling unit for assembling a car mat hook on the upper side. The floor carpet is mounted on the upper side of the bracket. The car mat hook member is assembled to the assembling unit.
