TANDEM SOLAR CELL USING AMORPHOUS SILICON SOLAR CELL AND ORGANIC SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: An amorphous silicon solar cell and a tandem type solar cell which uses an organic solar cell are provided to arrange the organic solar cell which absorbs light in a long wavelength range into a laminated shape with the amorphous silicon solar cell, thereby absorbing light in a broad wavelength range. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer(20) is arranged on a glass substrate(10). A p-type amorphous silicon layer(30), an i-type amorphous silicon layer(40), and an n-type amorphous silicon layer(50) are arranged on the transparent electrode layer. A hole transport layer(70) is arranged on the n-type amorphous silicon layer. An organic photoactive layer(80) is arranged on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(90) and a metal electrode layer(60) are arranged on the organic photoactive layer.
