PURPOSE: A linear vibrating motor is provided to reduce costs of a product by curling and fixing the end part of a case after laminating components in the case and simplifying the component. CONSTITUTION: A groove(10a) is formed in one side of the end part of a case(10). A vibrator(20) comprises a magnet(21), a yoke(22), a plate(23) and mass(24). A spacer(30) is mounted within the case. A cover(40) prevents components to be damaged by closing one side of the case which is opened. The cover is combined with an opened end part of the case by curling. A suspension elastically supports the vibrator. An edge of the suspension is inserted between the spacer and the case and a center part of the suspension is combined with the vibrator. A substrate(60) is adhered in the bottom surface of the cover. A voice coil(70) is mounted in the lower side of the substrate.
