PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foam of which the edge is hard to deform when a skin is applied to the foam by post-processing and the soft feeling at the time of use is hardly damaged. SOLUTION: When a polyurethane raw material P is injected in a mold 30 to be foamed, cured and molded to form the foam, the regions 35 and 35 of the mold for forming the edge parts of the foam are made hotter than the region 37 for forming the other part of the foam to perform the foaming of the polyurethane raw material P to obtain the foam of which the edge parts especially easy to press at the time of application of the skin are made harder than the other part.
