A dehumidifier for a facility house utilizing the drain water generated in a dehumidification process is provided to control the heat transfer area of a condenser differently in summer and in winter, thereby regulating the condensing pressure. The drain water generated in the dehumidification process is discharged differently according to seasons, and can be used as agricultural water. In a dehumidifier(30) in which refrigerant is circulated through a circulation cycle of a compressor, a condenser(15), an evaporator(10), and the compressor, and which removes water in the air flowed into the evaporator(10), a dehumidifier(30) comprises: the evaporator(10) and the condenser (15) which are set up in series at the place through which the air in the circulation cycle passes; an evaporator water receiver(8) and a condenser water receiver(9) which are placed at the lower parts of the evaporator(10) and the condenser(15), and in which drain water flows; an overflow container(A) which is connected to the water receivers(8,9); an evaporation tube and a condensation tube which are joined to a guidance tube(14), and in which the drain water is discharged by an electronic valve(18); and a drain water receiver(11) and a transfer pump which supply the drain water discharged through the guidance tube(14) as agricultural water. |
