<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inverter driver, or the like, which contributes to high efficiency of a system, by reducing the recovered current, generated during reverse recovery and a recovery loss incident to the recovered current. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter driver, including one or more pairs of arms equipped with switching elements 4a-4f each having an MOSFET of super junction structure, and free wheel diodes 5a-5f connected in parallel with the switching elements 4a-4f, is further provided with transformers 6a-6c, having intermediate taps and the secondary windings connected in parallel with a pair of arms, and transformer drive circuits 11a-11c which control current supply to the primary windings of the transformers 6a-6c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
