The knife (14) has a knife arrangement (17) arranged on a base body (16) i.e. shaft hub, of a knife holder (15). The arrangement has circular knives (18, 19), that are coaxially arranged in parallel relative to each other and placed at a distance of a cutting breadth from each other by a spring-elastic spacer device (39). Shaft nuts (37, 46) are arranged on both sides of the knife arrangement. Axial positions of the shaft nuts on the base body of the knife holder are varied. A fastening collar (33) fastens the holder on an upper knife shaft.
