PURPOSE: A display device and a controlling method thereof are provided to search for content according to the mobility of a page corresponding to motion and to conveniently search for desired video content. CONSTITUTION: An image processing unit(12) processes an image of a plurality of contents. A remote control signal receiving unit(15) receives a remote control signal from a remote controller(20). A controlling unit(16) displays a UI item of the content based on a first arrangement order on a display unit(13). The controlling unit switches the displayed UI item into UI item of the moved content.
