PURPOSE: A natural lighting apparatus is provided to continuously collect sunlight by changing the location of a sunlight collector according to the movement of the sun. CONSTITUTION: A collecting tube(110) includes dimming reflectors(116a,116b) between sunlight reflectors(114a,114b). Sunlight reflected by the dimming reflector passes through a light waveguide(130). An optical duct assembly(160) transmits sunlight to a building. A sun path tracking device(120) is fixed to a sunlight collector. A first driving unit(140a) rotates the sunlight collector around a central shaft of the light waveguide. A second driving unit(140b) rotates the light waveguide in the optical duct assembly. A control unit is interconnected with the sun path tracking device and controls the driving unit.
