PURPOSE: A measurement confirming system for ground level information through 3D geodetic survey of topography is provided to update an accurate and detailed digital map by drawing the shape of ground structures into a plane image to be used as a background for the digital map. CONSTITUTION: A measurement confirming system for ground level information through 3D geodetic survey of topography comprises an intersection transmitting node(300), a ground structure transmitting node(200), and a measuring device(100). The intersection transmitting node comprises a communication module(310) and a battery(320) and is installed in each corner of an intersection. The ground structure transmitting node comprises a communication module(210), a battery(220), a housing, a repelling frame, first and second supporters, an impact protector, an altimeter, and a pedometer and is installed on each outer corner of a ground structure. The measuring device comprises a global positioning system(110), a transmitting module(130), and a receiving module(140) and is installed in a collecting vehicle.
