PURPOSE: A dynamic update method in a domain name system is provided to efficiently adapted to a variable situation in which the network configuration can be altered. CONSTITUTION: A first name server(130) is arranged on a VPN terminal entrance area. The first name server manages the DNS(Domain Name Server) information. A reading function is applied to the second name server. A terminal integrating type second name server is arranged on a wireless Ad hoc network of the lowest layer zone of the mobile IP network.
