A vehicle door hinge integrated with a door checker is provided to raise the inner space efficiency of the door by allowing the vehicle door hinge to serve as a hinge and a checker. A vehicle door hinge integrated with a door checker comprises a door side hinge plate(10) fixed to one side of the door, and a body side plate(20) hinged to the door side hinge plate and coupled to a vehicle body. A hinge pivot(30) vertically passes through the center of a coupling part in which the door side hinge plate is hinged to the body side plate such that the hinge pivot is fixed to the door side hinge plate by a fixing pin(11) and rotates together with the door side hinge plate. A checker member(40) is symmetrically coupled at upper/lower ends of the hinge pivot. A nut(50) is coupled to a screw thread of upper/lower ends of the hinge pivot such that the checker member is fixed to the hinge pivot.
