PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning a heat exchanger is provided to reduce the power of a circulating pump by reducing the pressure loss against flux. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cleaning a heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger(100), a cleaning ball separator(200), a cleaning ball contamination remover(400), and a circulating pump(600). The cleaning ball separator is connected to a water treatment pipe and separately discharges a cleaning ball and water. The cleaning ball contamination remover removes contaminants attached to the cleaning ball and stores the cleaning ball. The circulating pump sends the cleaning ball into a cleaning ball entrance pathway.
