The invention relates to a mould container part comprising at least one sealing device extending from a wall of the mould container part, comprising: a base part arranged against the wall; a wearing part which can be arranged releasably above the base part and the upper side of which lies substantially flush with the upper side of the wall in arranged position; an intermediate part which can be arranged between the base part and the wearing part; wherein the intermediate part is provided on at least a side thereof with a recess which is directed away from the wall in mounted position; and wherein a substantially resilient seal can be received in the recess of the intermediate part such that this seal extends away from the wall of the mould container part to a position beyond the sides of the base part, the intermediate part and the wearing part directed away from the wall of the mould container part.
The invention further relates to such a sealing device, a mould container pressing device provided therewith and a method for application thereof.
