PURPOSE: A wind-direction-adaptive high altitude wind power generating device is provided to enable efficient wind power generation even if flotage changes due to leak of floating gas over time. CONSTITUTION: A wind-direction-adaptive high altitude wind power generating device comprises a support(100), a ground connecting cable(600), floating members(210,220), and a wind power generator(700). The ground connecting cable is connected to a connecting point deflected from one side of the central part of the support to connect a ground structure to the support. The floating member has flotage in the air and is installed on the support. The wind power generator is fixed to the support so that an impeller(710) is arranged in the length direction of the support. The rotating force of the support sets the weight, flotage and location of components to be removed in the air so that rotating moment generated by flotage and gravity at the connecting point is offset. |
