PROBLEM Provided is a means which is capable of furnishing such aesthetic property as attracts further more consumer' s/purchaser' s eyes to a joining surface of a printed layer or the like, or an adherend of a container or the like, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which may be used in an over-lamination application or a pressure-sensitive adhesive label application. SOLUTION A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has a first sheet-like substrate comprised of a multi-layered laminated polyester film, and a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, arranged on one surface of the first sheet-like substrate, containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent, and having a yellowness degree measured by JIS K7105-1981 of 3.0 or lower.
