PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device having excellent heat radiation and vibration resistance. SOLUTION: The communication device 1 has a case 10 in a nearly box shape, a data communication device 500 for connection with a radio packet communication network which is stored in the case, and a circuit board 400 where a circuit connecting a data terminal device and the data communication device 500 to each other is formed and the data communication device 500 is mounted, and a fixture 210 is formed on an external surface of the case 10 in one body.
