PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish high-quality soldering by adjusting the application amount of cream solder. SOLUTION: A metal mask 101a is overlaid on an FPC 101 wherein surface mounting parts with different lead spacings are mixed and surface-mounted, and a surface mounting part is mounted to the FPC 101 to which a cream solder H is printed at the application amount corresponding to the kind of surface mounting parts, in a through-hole 110 of the FPC 101 through the drilled hole 101b of the metal mask 101a. In this case, it is determined on the basis of the kind of the surface mounting parts whether or not a spacing for adjusting the application amount between each of the through-holes 110 and the through-hole 101b of the metal mask 101a is required, and a spacer 2a is stuck to the vicinity of the drilled hole 101b of the metal mask 101a that is determined to require spacing, and then the metal mask 101a is used to overlay the surface mounting part on the FPC 101.
