PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music reproducing device in which reproduction can be continued from a music being reproduced to the next music without annoying a user. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first buffer 3 reading music to be reproduced first from a storage part 2 and storing it, a second buffer 4 reading music to be reproduced later from the storage part and storing it, a calculating part 5 in which fade-out processing is performed for the music stored in the first buffer, fade-in processing is performed for the music stored in the second buffer, and music subjected to fade-out processing and fade-in processing are added and stored in a third buffer, an output part 7 outputting music stored in the third buffer 6, and a control part 1 controlling the first buffer, the second buffer, the calculating part , and the output part, when the fade-in processing and the fade-out processing are performed, the control part sets a total level of a low frequency band component of the music reproduced first and the music reproduced later to be smaller than a total level of a meddle frequency band component and that of the high frequency band component, and a reproduced beat component is suppressed.
