Shipbuilding block lift

PURPOSE: A shipbuilding block lift is provided to ensure reduced size and convenient transport and to minimize impacts transmitted to rear wheels. CONSTITUTION: A shipbuilding block lift comprises a pair of base frames(1), rear wheels(2), a front wheel(3), an oil tank(5), a cylinder(6), a hydraulic pump, and a cylinder lifting unit(10). The rear wheels are installed on both rear sides of the base frames. The oil tank is installed in front of the base frame and attached with the front wheel. The cylinder is vertically installed between the rear wheels and supports loads and connected to the base frames. The hydraulic pump is installed on the top of the oil tank and connected to the cylinder. The cylinder lifting unit is installed behind the oil tank and the hydraulic pump and connected to the cylinder. The cylinder lifting unit lowers the cylinder to the ground when a load is applied to the rod(7) of the cylinder and raises the cylinder apart from the ground when the load is removed from the cylinder.
