Substrate for Organic Electronic Devices and Method for Manufacturing Thereof

PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by a high refractive scattering layer including scattering particles. CONSTITUTION: A high refractive scattering layer(22) includes scattering particles which scatters light in high refractive materials. An adhesive layer(21) is formed between the base material and the high refractive scattering layer and adheres the base materials to the high refractive scattering layer. The high refractive scattering layer has a structure formed by inputting scattering particles to the high refractive material.
