PURPOSE: An air-flap opening/closing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to use a solenoid and a magnet for controlling the opening and closing of an air-flap installed on the lower side of a front-end module. CONSTITUTION: An air-flap opening/closing apparatus includes a front-end module(10), a flap unit(20), and a driver(30). The front-end module includes air passages on the upper and lower sides to the traverse direction. The flap unit includes an opening corresponding to the air passages on the front-end module, and includes an air-flap(24) for opening and closing the opening. The driver supplies power to the air-flap, and includes a first solenoid(32) and a plunger(34). The plunger is fixed to a rotary shaft(22) and has magnetic power.
