PURPOSE: A silicone-based water-repellent coating agent composition is provided to increase the adhesion to the surface of a non-porous substrate, and to increase the water repellency and water repellent durability by a simple coating method to the surface of the non-porous substrate without additional plastic process. CONSTITUTION: A silicone-based water-repellent coating agent composition comprises polysilazane having a repeating unit in chemical formula 1, polysiloxane in chemical formula 2, and solvent. In chemical formulas, R, R1 and R2 are similar or different, R is hydrogen, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, or aromatic hydrocarbon, R3 and R4 is respectively hydrogen, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, or aromatic hydrocarbon acrylates, epoxys, or (CH2)x(CF2)yCF3, X is H, CH3, SH, (CH2)xNH2, (CH2)yOH, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, acrylates, or epoxys. |
