PURPOSE: A dumbbell press is provided to enable a user to easily use the dumbbell press regardless of ages and sexes. CONSTITUTION: A dumbbell press comprises a dumbbell(10), a weight(20), and a fixture(30). The dumbbell comprises a handle(11), a main body, a cover, and a fixed protrusion(17). The handle consists of a grip hole(11-1) and a grip(11-2). The grip hole is formed in a circular, ellipse, or polygonal shape. The main body is made of an iron material. The weight includes a laminated plate(22), a fitting hole(24), and a laminated groove(26). The fitting hole is formed in the central part of the laminated plate and is inserted into the fixed protrusion.
